The sound is a guitar drone. Effects used: light distortion > eq > pitch shifter/harmonizer on multi-effect > delay on a second multi-effect > more delay > vibrato > reverb. ) direct to soundcard, edited w/ compression and fading on the beginning/end to hide "loop clicks". Sound is a bit distorted in parts due to peaking from the reverb (i guess). . . Meant to imitate shoegaze-style guitar drones. . . If i had a proper amp it might sound better!.

Credits to kendog88 for the base sound. I found their sound while searching for reaper-like sound effects on here, and the sound they made resembled that of the mass effect reaper, so i decided to overlay some distortion and put a wave filter over the sound, to give it a vibrating feel. Enjoy.

Think of a spaceship launching from a desolate planet with hardly any fuel reserves. Sorta heavy distortion with the right amount of phaser and chord progression. Almost moody and atmospheric.

I'm currently working on some musical ideas for a good friend's cartoon series and thought i'd upload this little experiment with an old vinyl of some mozart. An artistic experiment searching for sound emissions and the limit of human hearing. Composed of infrasonic material that have a low acoustic impedance. Humans will be able to identify tones as low as 12hz. Natural and human produced infrasonic sounds is anywhere, all the time. The artistic idea was to use background noises, signal fidelity, harmonic distortion, low-frequency in order to foster a soundscape of infrasound that travels through space.
